Plaza Do Mar

At a higher level than the street, and accessible by a flight of stairs, this is a charming and unusual spot. It's totally open, without benches or plants, and just a huge sculpture at one side. This is where helicopters land when there's an emergency at the nearby port or beach. The views here are lovely - you're up high, so you can see all of Sanxenxo. People often climb up here to escape some of the hustle and bustle of the street below and to take pictures.
