Hofkirche

It is the main cathedral of the city and of the religious population. The Benedictine monastery was founded in the 8th century. The fire destroyed the church in the year 1633, then it was rebuilt in the year 1645. It is the most important Renaissance building in Switzerland, especially the facade, the altar of Mary (with a relic of the year 1500) and the altar of souls, among other things.
