San Geremia Church

This church was built in the twelfth century but was re-built in the eighteenth century, inspired by the Church of the Madonna della Salute. Inside are paintings of the eighteenth century such as La morte di San Giuseppe (Francesco Maggiotto) and La Vergine che di Venezia (Jacopo Palma il Giovane) and some sculptures like San Pietro and the Prophet Geremia. It is located in the Cannaregio district.
