We must emphasize the hazelnut ice cream and also the pure chocolate flavour, which was a great pleasure. Another highlights was the prickly pear sorbet from the Mola Castle. Also of note are the fartones with a cup of hot chocolate, and Mediterranean granizado, made with lemons, oranges and natural strawberry.
La General de Comidas Restaurant (Valencia) offers dishes made up of complicated and expensive processes. The aim of this restaurant is value tapas. Among the specialties served are the sausage and potato strudel with hazelnut, marinated anchovies with cassis oil, marinated chicken skewer with sesame soy and arugula salad with strong cheese from Sierra de Espadán.
