Just like the rest who have reviewed this place, and thanks to those of you who had because we discovered this charming place with great food through minube.
To highlight some dishes: the grilled steak, the pickled partridge, and the deserts, the migas, the scrambled eggs with mushrooms.
We had a red wine from the La Mancha region (we weren’t going to ask for one from La Rioja) and the result was spectacular: Pago de Florentino from 2008, we enjoyed it till the last drop. As the title says, it was a great experience. Recommended!
The Meson de Juan restaurant is situated in the city of these lakes, which are situated just a few meters away from the beautiful lagood. Once here, you will find a great restaurant that has been running for many years, where you can taste dishes such as homemade sausages and black pudding, Lomo de Orza or a wide variety of Manchego cheeses.
This restaurant (Daimiel - Ciudad Real - Spain) is located in the village of Daimiel and is housed in a building dating from the early eighteenth century, originally used as an oil mill until the opening of the restaurant in 1975.
What more can you ask from a good dinner? The food was very good and very well decorated dishes, the best wine, and the location is both charming and courtyard-like. We were thrilled with this place and I recommend it to everyone.
At this place you can savour delicious grilled meats in a charming, cozy place downtown (near the municipal theater, Plaza Mayor and comedy club). Try Almagro's eggplant in tempura with sweet grapevine juices from La Mancha - their delicious participant in a tapas contest.
Ezekiel is a wonderful person who I had the pleasure of meeting a long time ago and I was surprised to find this place in the summer of 2012 when he had a recommendation. We had dinner on the very nice terrace and we ate very well. You can have elaborate tapas and grilled products - variety, quality and value.
The outside of this restaurant does not do justice to its very spacious interior, with a very comfortable atmosphere. The traditional dishes are tasty and well prepared and there is a good variety on the menu.
The Membrilleja Restaurant is in Almagro, in Ciudad Real, Spain and it has a kitchen that's full of flavors and sensations, like dishes that are roasted in a wood oven that really stand out, and things like roe fritters with raspberry sauce, tuna carpaccio, Italian green pepper stuffed with Iberian pork, tenderloin in coconut sauce, as well as rabbit pie and white chocolate cake.
