Night Shift Brewing is a micro brewery so hidden that finding it can be a bit tricky but it is so worth it. It's situated in a warehouse in Everett, MA and was founded by three friends in 2012, all of whom shared a passion for home brewing. It is very obvious in their creations. When you walk in the door you discover the beauty of this micro brewery and are inspired to try a flight even if you're not a beer drinker. The bar is very small and the "tasting room" is nothing but folding chairs around picnic style folding tables surrounded by barrels of beer and the actual production process. You're even allowed to bring your own food to have with the beer if you so wish. A flight of beer which costs $6 for four 4oz. pours allows you to try from their range of beers of strong ale with orange blossom honey aged on green tea leaves to rye ale brewed with agave nectar and aged on habanero peppers to a robust stout brewed with chicory root and ginger and aged with Taza chocolate. That's just a sampling of the beautiful brews this micro brewery produces. Definitely worth a visit!
