The best: a tasty lamb stew in the traditional style of Aragon.
Enjoying a vermouth in Carrasca, great tapas, generous portions, reasonable prices and very friendly staff, I could not ask for more, I would certainly go back. Ainsa is lovely as always there are gift shops and local produce tastefully mounted, especially the people are soooo nice.
This place surprised me, even though I'm used to greenery and mountains. Well they say that no two mountains are equal and this wasn't an exception. It's really a place to have a good time, and take a break from the city noise. Super friendly people.

From the high points of the wall you can admire the extent of the Pyrenees mountains. During the evening you will see how the sun goes down as the moon reaches its peak, illuminating the many visible stars. Definitely a lovely place to get lost for a few hours.
Ainsa Castle is in the old city, next to Plaza Mayor. It's the first thing you see when you go up to the top of the city, looking over all the old medieval town.
