We ate in the Callizo de Ainsa Restaurant (Huesca), on a terrace with views of Peña Montañesa.Very good cuisine at a reasonable price. You have to reserve in advance.
To start with there are some very surprising tapas (haut cuisine with attitude). Trout tataki with seaweed (fusion but not over the top). Memorable zucchini flower with a cod brandade, and surprisingly, to finish a rare entrecote like I had never eating before.
Dessert: “torrijas” with ice cream and fizzy sweets (risky, but very interesting).
Thanks for your comment, Anadel. It was (and continues to be) a many year effort, along with the participation of many, many people. We are glad you enjoyed it and I encourage you to come back and enjoy another visit. Regarding the food at Casa Cuello, if you liked the tapas, we encourage you to try our autumn menu. Goodbye and thank you.
A unique place. Unbeatable vegetables of an exceptional quality. 100% recommended. Price / quality amazing. We'll definitely go back. Grilled meat from the area. Homemade tosta (like bruschetta). Spectacular salads.
