This is a great hotel, situated around the Prince bay complex. Everything is new: the TV, hair dryer, jacuzzi, telephone, everything is lovely. However, I did not like the mosquitoes but I suppose it´s normal when the hotel is in the middle of vegetation, good service both in the bars and restaurants and guest rooms all well worth a visit.
A fantastic option in Riviera Maya, but not the best as there are other hotels that I liked better! The Paradisus Riviera Cancun is in the tourist resort of Riviera Maya, in the tourist zone of Puerto Morelos which belongs to Quintana Roo, just 30 minutes from the Cancun airport. It has a big service that is "all inclusive". Its rooms are equipped with AC and ceiling fans, cable TV, phone, clock radio, minibar, safe and coffee maker. It also had a bathroom with vanity mirror and hairdryer. Also room service was 24 hours a day. Hotel Facilities were 7 bars, its 4 restaurants, 4 pools, spa ... I liked it but I can not say anything bad against the hotel, the only downside is that after seeing so many hotels, the one I liked was the Riviera Maya Occidental Royal Hideaway Playacar.
The Grand Palladium Riviera Resort & Spa was opened in 2005, while the Grand Palladium White Sand Resort had 9 villas consisting of 1-3 plants. Like the Palladium White Sand there are no standard rooms a complex being distributed among its 270 junior suites and 54 suites, although unlike the other resorts it did not have type rooms Mayan Suites. One thing to consider is that almost all hotels with more accounts with 2 bed rooms with king size bed, so the bed wanting 2X2 must be requested prior to booking, but this is very complicated. The decoration of the Riviera was one of the ones I liked, because it draws a lot of attention to the wonderful lobby, the only bad thing was the hotel that was farthest of all, thanks to the little trains but you could move perfectly by all . The hotel pool shared with White Sand Lake, but here was the saltwater pool and bar called "The Rocks", which is held once a week at the White party, imitating typical Ibizan parties. Inside the hotel Grand Palladium Riviera you could choose your restaurant Kabah buffet or unknown restaurant all the complex as was the restaurant Punta Emilia and in my opinion the best of all, with a la carte specializing in rice and fish .
We really enjoyed our experience. There's a great atmosphere. There are restaurants, all of which are "all inclusive." The location is heavenly, the weather is great, the pool with swim up bar right in the middle was great. The day trips, the pyramidesque architecture, the gardens... The blue sea...
It's really an experience staying in this 5 star, Four Diamond hotel, which is located in a great location in Cancun. It's just a 5 minute walk to the club and restaurant area. As soon as you arrive you are greeted cordially with a delicious cocktail. The hotel staff will make feel at home after a tiring flight to reach this heaven-like beach, and there's not a single employee who doesn't know you by name and greet you every day. It's all-inclusive, with a minibar for you in your room. The hotel offers a variety of rooms. There are 5 different restaurants where you have to make reservations. One is Japanese, one is Brazilian, one is Spanish, one is French and then there's the main restaurant, where at night they serve you caviar, champagne, crepes, etc. There's a delicious breakfast complete with mimosas that takes your breath away. When staying here you have access to all the different areas of RIU hotels, with two pools, where there's a pool with a swim up bar. You can also make use of sailboats and go snorkeling, as well as do different activities. The main bar is great, not to mention there are daily shows there. Even if you arrive at midnight you can still eat in one of the hotel's restaurants, or order 24 hour room service. It's simply the best choice for your holiday.
The Quinta Real Saltillo is located in the Mexican city of the same name and stands out as the most luxurious hotel in the industrial capital. Once here, guests can experience the outstanding level of service and personal attention, which makes this hotel an ideal destination for business or leisure travel.
I wish to present one of the most spectacular beaches of Cancun! This is where white turtle is nesting. Where is this beach? Mexico -> Yucatan Peninsula -> Quintana Roo -> London -> Hotels in Cancun -> Omni Cancun Hotel & Villas. It is part of a large resort that runs along the coast, along which the Omni Hotels and Resort is located. As a curiosity, maybe you would like to know that Cancun comes from the Mayan language kana jun, meaning "nest of snakes or pot." This beach is a real treat not only for its blue, the turquoise, green and white sands. It also has the great attraction that is home of the white turtle nesting is a real sight to see and live. Activities?, As you want: Paragliding, jet skis, beach volleyball fields (are mounted spectacular games!) .... That you bathe, as the Pelicans the next to you and flying your head. On the beach pass, plus some nice and very pleasant selling some articles offering truly worthwhile, such as bags, shells, necklaces, skirts there and really typical about very affordable prices. As a beach belonging to the hotel network if you stay there for ... me know! great detail: bubble pools on the beach with cocktail bar included, hammocks, drinks, food ... in order that you can not ask for more!. Well, one more thing, you can not imagine the sunsets and sunrises of those who are going to be witnesses. Just look at the pictures and say what you think. Worth it, really. Cancun is famous and his reputation is well deserved. That the saying famous breeding bed and lie .... going to Cancun:-D
The images speak for themselves, both as a base for sightseeing or to be there for 10 days of total rest in the pool bar, great food, it was "all included" and had the largest spa throughout Latin America, sports of all kinds, evening entertainment .... Anyway, highly recommended. Http :/ / www.Grandpalladiumkantenahresort.Com/
The Panchan is located in the National Park of Palenque. It consists of different cabins and rooms operated by several companies. The rooms are air-conditioned, while the cabins have a single fan. The good thing is that you can sleep among nature in a very relaxed atmosphere. We slept in the cabins of Ed & Margarita, which were the best maintained. The cabin without breakfast and with a bathroom cost 200 pesos/night. Also in Panchan, Panchan, is Don Mucho's Restaurant where you can eat well for a good price and every night there is musical entertainment. Logbook.
It is very difficult to describe this special place. I would have to say that I have never experienced such peace and tranquility. The eco style cabins have all the luxuries that one needs, the food is delicious, the spa, the Temazcal and of course the views, are magnificant. There is no place better than the Mexican Caribbean. The sunsets here are wonderful and even though I was only there for three nights, I had the best time.
One of the most luxurious hotels in the Mayan Riviera! The Occidental Royal Hideaway is situated in the tourist area of Playa de Carmen, which is in the region of Playa del Carmen, which is nothing more than the tourist area of the Riviera Maya. Along with the beach there is one of the most luxurious hotels in the area with 5 star luxury, and is only 11 years old as it was constructed in 1998. The hotel is spread over villas and in each villa there are 8 or 10 rooms. The rooms are very luxurious with a king-size bed and others with two queen beds. It has AC, ceiling fan, hot tub, telephone, television with DVD player, minibar and a terrace or balcony. Being just 5 minutes from Playa del Carmen, there are other things that you can see in the area, but few are eager to go out with a complex because there is a spa, pools, beds by the pool or on the beach, etc. .. It also has many restaurants, but the is the one belonging to chef Raul Vaquerizo. He is a renowned Spanish chef who won last year (2008) the award for best chef of the year in the area of Quintana Roo.
The perfect hotel if you're looking for total relaxation, and convenient if you want something more than to just spend days lying in the sun. Typical hotel constructed in a long way rather than high, with 2 levels, modern, well equipped, with a long sandy beach, plenty of food and drink (all inclusive) .... In short, a remarkable option if you visit the Riviera Maya.
Hotel Dolores Alba Chiché Itza is 3 miles from the ruins of Chichen Itza. The spacious rooms are in small bungalows overlooking a pool. They don't have many luxuries but they are good. Just in front of the hotel lies the Ik-Kil cenote where we were able to go for a nice swim. It has a restaurant serving lunch next to the pool. It is a very good option if you want to explore Chichen Itza.
Everything that I can say about this wonderful resort is Grand Palladium is more than positive. There are 4 hotels within the resort complex: Kantenah, Colonial, White Sand and Rivera. We stayed at the White Sand in a Junior Suite, and the truth is that we loved everything about it. The food is excellent and varied, we always ate in the part of the Riviera buffet, and at night you could choose up to 4 themed restaurants to dine a la carte. The best without doubt, the Mexican and Brazilian.
The Gran Bahia Principe Akumal is one of the three buildings that form the larger "Bahia Principe" in the Tulum area in Mexico's Quintana Roo district in the Riviera Maya. The other two buildings are: Tulum and Coba, together with the recreational area called "Hacienda Isabel." The difference between the Akumal and the two other complexes is that its 630 rooms are junior-suites and among them you can choose from different types: Superior, Junior Suites, and Junior Golden Club Suites. This hotel also has four different kinds of restaurants: Riviera (main buffet), Gourmet Harlequin, Dolce Vita and Frutos del Mar. Although they're also supplemented with 9 bars and 2 great pools. Also, we can't forget that it is the second best resort in the resort. I stayed at the year 2006 for a Interline conducted by Soltour, the only tour operator that works with this chain to which it belongs and that is why I enjoy the great resort facilities with an extensive all-inclusive.
The Torreblanca Hotel in Morelia, Michoacan de Ocampo, Mexico is located at Journalism Avenue number 2555. Col 58190 Morelia, Mexico. This hotel is located within walking distance of theaters and shops "La Huerta" has 49 cabins and rooms with cable TV, gardens, pool and park amenities to autos.Ofrece service restaurant, pool and habitaciones.También service has minusválidos.Su rooms conference makes it suitable to serve businesses.
When we went to the Mayan Riviera we were looking for a different hotel, away from all of the "groups of Spanish couples on honeymoon", and we wanted to go to Xcaret eco-park. Ee chose this hotel which is right next door and also gave us free tickets. It is situated in the forest which also attracted us. The hotel did not disappoint us, on the contrary, in addition to being a fantastic place, with several buildings within a complex which has numerous archaeological sites, we found it to be quiet and well cared for, where they served some excellent meals in both restaurants as in the general buffet, with good facilities. We had a great holiday, so much so that if we return to the area we will go back here for sure. The room was huge, with two queen beds, large TV and bar that was replenished every day, good air conditioning and a terrace overlooking the jungle, where every day we awoke to the sound of the monkeys. The overall vibe very good, quiet people, nearly all Americans and a few Spanish who came in the same way that we, The beach, artificial and tiny, but the gardens and other facilities are great. Without hesitation, I would go back.
The Hotel El Meson del Marques is the most important hotel in the city of Valladolid in Mexico, and is situated in the heart of the city, opposite the Parque Francisco Canton Rosado. The hotel was opened in 1967, has 4 stars and has 90 rooms, distributed in: Standard rooms, superior rooms, junior suites and master suites, all fully equipped. Its facilities include an outdoor swimming pool, conference room, laundry and free garage, which is open 24 hours. Best of all is the restaurant, which has a good reputation, serving various menus of Mexican and international cuisine.
We have just spent a few pleasant days here and we can honestly say that they were wonderful. The facilities, the food, and especially the spa are unbeatable. Unfortunately, our room was next to a noisy, outside area. We were staying in Room No 32. We hope to return soon!
It is one of the most interesting museums in the city. Founded by Frans Blom and Gertrude Duby, it tells the story of the Lacandon, forest dwellers from Chiapas, in the Lacandon Jungle, shown in Gertrude's photographs showing the history of indigenous peoples around San Cristobal, from Chamula and Zinacantán to remote and surprising a ones in Magdalenas or San Bartolo. The house also offers accommodation and food, following the tradition that its founders had with the explorers, anthropologists, archaeologists and artists who passed through the city. It is an excellent place to learn the city's history and about all the indigenous regions of Chiapas.
The Barcelo Maya Tropical Beach Barceló chain belongs to a resort consisting of 4 different hotels, such as the Barcelo Maya Colonial Beach. It is located in the town of Puerto Aventuras, which belongs to the municipality of Solidaridad in Quintana Roo. This luxury 5-star hotel is situated on a beach in the Caribbean, and the Riviera Maya, and surrounded by large gardens for me it is one of the best chains that are in the Riviera Maya, as even its most basic or simple room is equipped with the best infrastructure from Minibar, bathrobes, coffee maker, living room with sofa bed, etc ... There are 2 buffet restaurants and 5 restaurants for dinner, the specialties are: Fish and seafood, Asian cuisine, Mexican cuisine, Mediterranean food, Italian and Steak House.
The Dreams Tulum Resort & Spa Hotel is in the Tulum area of the Riviera Maya, the part that belongs to the Quintana Roo district. It's a fiver star hotel and it's equally as beautiful as all of the hotels I've been to in the Riviera Maya. It's easy to call this hotel one of my favorites because the staff is so warm and friendly. Besides its facilities were great with huge chess almost human size or long kept such details with their hammocks instead of plastic like most of the hotels were of wood. The rooms were well equipped with 2 sinks in the bathroom, a huge amount of details, toiletries, etc ... Also some of the rooms had a space dedicated to the salon.
The Boca Chica Hotel was the haunt of the Hollywood elite in the 1950's and is now charmingly vintage yet modern hotel in Alcapulco known for its fun design. Its restaurant specializes in Asian cuisine (I'd recommend the snapper tempura) and sushi. It's a quiet and chic corner of Alcapulco's port area which still, for me, is one of the most lovely areas of the city.
The hotel is on the beautiful island of Holbox (where there are no cars, only golf carts). The Hotel consists of many palapas, situated on a stunning beach with turquoise waters and fine white sand. On the beach, quiet, romantic. It is amazing!
The HACIENDA DE LOS SANTOS RESORT is in Alamos, Sonora in Mexico. It was built in 1700 and was remodelled in 1998. It has amenities such as spa, pool and the best comfort in the hospitality line. The rooms are decorated in colonial style, which makes many consider the resort as a living museum.
We should all stay once in a resort like this. Just not every year, but at least every decade we deserve a week of total relaxation that is all inclusive, with private beaches and activities to do in the Riviera Maya. Mexicans can not be more hospitable and helpful. All day you have lots of fun activities organized by staff and facilities are good. Huge pools to enjoy warm temperatures, jacuzzis, bars in the pool where you can have a Piña Colada, Beaches and a few themed restaurants in which to end the day. With the accompanying budget from the Riviera Maya you can visit the pyramids of Chichen Itza (chosen among the new 7 wonders of the world), snorkeling or diving on the second largest barrier reef in the world (after that of Australia which is quite further), snorkeling in cenotes and a tireless etc. The resort is huge and without leaving it have a multitude of activities and nightlife. SIn you know it you'll be dancing to the song of the hotel which has a choreography reminiscent enough to the Macarena. By the way, if you like iguanas (to share hotel, not to eat) you will come across every day with dozens of the resort grounds. Enjoy.
Staying at an all inclusive resort is synonymous with not having to worry. You're 3 meals a day, snacks, alcohol, cocktails, nachos, beach, and fun are all included. This hotel, without being a luxury, perfectly fulfills its purpose and the value for money that it offers is unbeatable. It's close to everything, but still far enough so you aren't bothered by other tourists who don't have beaches at their hotels (like the ones in the centre). The food is very good and diverse. The beach is just incredible, Playa del Carmen is the best. You won't find these kinds of beaches in Mexico. Simply amazing. For Easter 2012, look for an all inclusive hotel in Playa del Carmen, I recommend the Viva Wyndham Maya.
