Restaurant Carthage (closed)

The Carthage is a Tunisian restaurant located in one of the "cooler" streets in the city of Québec. I wouldn't really describe this city as cool as it is quite touristy. Howevr, Rue Saint Jean could easily have been in the middle of London or Paris. The Carthage is open Sunday through Thursday and offers a menu costing 29 dollars for 2 people (tough to divide by two) with a first course of soup, salad or vine leaves with rice and a main course of couscous or tajine. The décor is very authentic and there is an area where you can eat at low tables on alfrombras with a fantastic view over the city.
