Ancient Rituals
The Chinese Historical Society of New England (Boston) on behalf of the American community of Boston, led a restoration project of the historic Chinese Mount of Boston Hope Cemetery. The Chinese people have always revered their elders and ancestors . Ancient rituals especially honor the dead and these rituals are usually performed on individual graves or on an altar in the cemetery.
