Entre tolosa y barbosa, Gijón

Un pequeño local muy acogedor en el que casi todo llama la atención. Todas las mesas y las sillas son diferentes y hay toques muy originales que no hacen nada aburrido el tiempo que pases alli. El local está regentado por dos chicos que nos ofrecieron un trato muy amistoso y afable en todo momento. Ambos están en la escuela de hostelería y ponen mucho énfasis en las comidas que preparan. Nosotros comimos probolone para empezar, después 1/2 quiché de jamón y champiñones (y algo más), sartén de secreto ibérico con patatas con un toque de... creo que era ciruela. Muy muy rico!! y de postre queso con membrillo de manzana. Todo estaba buenísimo. Además tenían buenos detalles con la gente en general, como por ejemplo, nos ofrecen un vino joven y nos lo da a probar... ¿os gusta? o probamos otro... genial! por ejemplo siempre ponian unos pequeños aperitivos si pides una bebida, etc. bajo mi punto de vista son pequeños detalles muy agradecidos y que demuestra que son gente con ganas de labrarse una buena reputación cuidando de que sus clientes se vayan contentos, como me fui yo.

Hemos ido a cenar seis amigas el otro día con un cupón de oferplán y la experiencia ha sido patética. El sitio es tan pequeño que tuvimos que comer apretadas y con platos de postre porque no cabían en la mesa más grande (por cierto ,dicho plato no nos lo cambiaron en toda la cena). La comida era de muy mala calidad y muy mal cocinada. Para rematar el asunto cuando nos traen el segundo plato que era quiché, estaba crudo, se lo llevan y lo vuelven a traerlo crudo. Con todo reclamamos al camarero quien nos pide disculpas y ofrece devolvernos el dinero, pero al rato viene su mujer muy enfadada diciendo que ella hace así el quiché y punto, que estamos en su casa y que no molestemos más a su marido. Por cierto, la cocina no la tienen en el bar, sino que está en un portal de al lado, por lo que era un continuo entrar y salir de la vinatería con platos. CONCLUSIÓN: SÓLO IR PARA UNA BROMA PESADA A UN ENEMIGO
