Squat & Gobbles

Squart and Gobbles restaurant/cafe on Haight Street (the main street in what is basically considered San Francisco's hippie neighborhood) was a great find: entrees for $ 10 or a tad more, a relaxed atmosphere, and a nice outdoor area behind the restaurant. The food: savory and sweet crepes, pasta, sandwiches, and a variety of salads. Drinks: homemade lemonade, among other things. I discovered later that the owners opened a couple of other restaurants around town, but I have not tried any yet! Bon appétit!
