1 review of Leadenhall Building

Peculiarly shaped

If you go to London in 2011, no doubt you will notice the appearance of a new skyscraper in the city's skyline. In fact, the old building at 122 Leadenhall Street was destroyed in 2009 to make way for this building, 225m higher than all those round it. But what makes it unique is its peculiar shape which aims to limit the impact on the protected area of Saint Paul's Cathedral, but which has earned the nickname "cheese grater"!
