This is the spot for waitstaff in tuxes and Frank Sinatra music piped in. Shearn's sits atop the Moody Gardens hotel -- make reservations and ask for a window table to see the sunset. Seafood, of course, gets top billing. Don't expect anything imaginative -- this is standard old-school fancy. We got lobster bisque soup, broiled lobster, and a full plate of lump crab in a cream sauce. Add a cheap bottle of white wine and a piece of cake to split and you are looking at $140 -- fancy, indeed!
