The archeological Museum Della Badia (Gela) is situated in a beautiful old convent and occupies the ground floor and cloisters. The museum illustrates the history and character of human settlements in the territory of Licata and the lower dell'Himera valley. The museum also has a collection of medieval art and some paintings of the monasteries which were suppressed in 800.
