Balbina Restaurant

This is a mandatory stop while visiting the Arribes del Duero. It's Miranda do Douro, and there was nothing better to complement our trip than to try traditional Portuguese cuisine. We heard about this restaurant, which maintains a traditional style, including in the dishes we were served. I recommend the cod prepared in any of the menu's options (we tried almost all of them), but if you prefer to order roast goat meat, it was delicious, as were the typical Portuguese steak and sausages. I discovered the alheira a la brasa. Finally, don't leave without dessert and if you can. We had the cake, almond or lemon, but everything was real good and homemade.
