Rajasthani Food Festival

Coinciding with the day of Rajasthan, a series of festivals of all kinds are organized that continue throughout the month of March. One of these festivals is the culinary festival of Rajasthan. The flavors are very different from what you may be used to and you have to go with an open mind, but there you'll find authentic delicacies.
