Oka-dera

Okadera literally means "the hill temple" because it is situated on top (so be prepared for a good climb) on one of the hills around Asuka Valley, in rural southern Nara Prefecture . It is one of those temples that few people visit and continues to maintain the magic that thousands of years of history behind it has been awarded.
