Rock Church of Villanueva de Algaidas

Leaving the village of Villanueva de Algaida, you will come across this amazing cave church of the ninth century. The Church has two cavities which are not joined and are of unequal size. The church itself is the largest in the area, with an area of ​​52.74 square meters. The shape is rectangular and the orientation is toward the east.
