San Francisco Cable Car Museum

The San Francisco Cable Car Museum has a historic collection of streetcars, photographs, mechanical displays and a gift shop. It's a non-profit organization dedicated to preserving the history of the cable car, and to saving and rebuilding the San Francisco tram system. The museum gift shop has a variety of cable car memorabilia, books, clothing, cards and even authentic cable car chimes.
