Shirahama Beach

Shirahama is a city in Wakayama province best known for its beach, which is clean and quiet. It is one of the beaches that I like the most in the Kansai region, especially for enjoying a relaxing day in a small group of friends or family. The setting is quite unspoilt, not having a "beach culture" in Japan, there are no crowds, so it is quite a comfortable place.
