I took fresh fish here...lovely!! Really good quality-price. I think is the best place in the city for relaxing. The perfect combination of sun, wave's sound and...what a terrace!!
Dont miss it if you are visiting the city, totally different of the anothers bar & co. Trendy design, unvelievable menu and a lots of gin-tonics and cocktails prepared by an expert barman.
I will be back!!

Whenever I go to Cadiz, I can't not go to "El Balandro" restaurant, the atmosphere, the customer service and the quality of your meals are top notch and every time I go there I try something different; the mix of flavours is very accomplished and I am yet to find something I do not like. Do not miss it.
The best bar by far in Cadiz and I dare say that possibly one of the best in Andalucía. Good prices, great food and wonderful customer service. the restuarant was equally good but over-priced and you can eat in Michelin stars for the same price and the food, although of excellent quality, innovation does not offer enough for the price.
Cumbres Inn is a spectacular site where you can enjoy tapas at a very affordable price and apprecaite great quality. Pringá Montadito, meatballs with blue cheese. There's always lots of people but find a gap and they'll serve you as quick as they can. A really highly recommended, I go back every summer.
If you are looking for quality, this restaurant is not it. There are a variety of tapas, and the price is not bad, but when you eat you notice that all the dishes have been reheated in the microwave, to have a "weird" taste in the flesh ... What is cheap seems expensive.
In Cadiz there are many great places to eat, what does this place have, except from its name, that invites you to come and indulge here? Well it is a young, modern restaurant with personality. The food is good and varied, small tapas that allow you to try various dishes, the decor is very striking and the waiters are funny.
It has nothing out of the ordinary. It's set away from the other places so if you come and there's no room you've got a bit of a trek back. This year it seems that tapas are somewhat less rare, but still somewhat expensive. Good customer service.
If only for trying the "potatoes AlInAs" it is worth making a stop at the Tavern Mary Vine neighborhood of Cadiz. Tiny, it is on Colombia Street, a street full of terraces where you can try local dishes. This is practically on the streets Lubet and Martinez Campos. The tavern has a terrace and a mini bar and bathrooms. And some more. The quality and friendliness of the service is great. Best here are the portions, squid, cuttlefish fried or grilled shrimp omelettes ... all at a great price and the portions are generous. The marinated shark is fantastic. The good thing about this place is that being near the cathedral and the city center, anyone who is out there walking around practically no wastes no time in going over some tapas and dinner here. And really, the "potatoes AlInAs" are impressive. They usually cover them with drinks, but if you take nothing else, ask them as feed. Do not disappoint. Sorry to have more pictures, but only had the phone almost no battery. It is also true that the tavern is what you see.
Another typical place for a drink in Cádiz. It's one of the most famous places in the city to go for tapas in the evenings with friends and family, not just for the lodge itself, but because it is located on the corner of Calle Zorrilla. The Brewery-Seafood The New Port is located on the street Calderon de la Barca (old street of Calvary)on the corner of Zorrilla in the old part of Cadiz, near the Candelaria l Bastion Square or San Antonio or The Mina. It is a tavern where you can taste the typical dishes of the area in two ways. One is inside the room, on tables or at the bar, but the more traditional and classic way is asking for rations via a window that is on the street and enjoying them on the high tables that they have. In good weather it is great. They have everything here but the most famous thing to try are the prawns, which happen to be too cheap. Of course, they are excellent and very fresh. They everything for you to try: ham, squid, tuna, potatoes, tortillas ... and all of it is very good quality. The price ... well, not too expensive nor too cheap. It depends on what you have, but nothing is extortionate, for example the shrimp. Regarding the premises, inside it is decorated in an old style. It is very clean and there is a mix of smells; a blend of ham, oil, garlic ... crazy. What food are exposed! There are usually around four or five high tables outside. Therefore sometimes you have to wait on the street. If you are in the area, this is something almost mandatory in Cadiz. Its a place where you can eat like the Gods, its worth a visit and trying some red wine and traditional peppers.
