Firestorm Cafe & Pizza

Classic small town cafe atmosphere- kitschy but fun decorations of different fire stations adorn the walls. Incredibly friendly waiter with a Santa Clause-like beard and rosy cheeks seemed to be serving and cooking the meals, so expect a bit of a wait. Breakfasts are served all day and include a menu with full Omelets and country-fried steaks. They also have hand made pizzas, which I have not tried but have people gushing.

Well worth the stop, especially if you're looking for something with a local feel and delicious food off of Interstate-35 while traveling northern Minnesota.
