Lived up to my high expectations
Strip mall restaurants can be a hit or miss, so I always like to hear from friends before trying one.
MT Noodles lived up to its high high expectations and beyond! Great food- from my Vietnamese friends they are the only restaurant in the Twin Cities metro to serve BÁNH BÈO (steamed rice cakes filled with mung bean paste topped with scallions, green onions and pickled carrots, served with shredded pork and fish sauce). Which is a traditional dish from the northern part of Vietnamese that is usually served as part of a pre-engagement ceremony!
If you're looking for the largest amount of food for your money try #14- their broken rice platter.
