Pachmarhi Monkeys

This town is full, absolutely full of monkeys. They are in the streets, in the squares, in the woods, in the river and even in your hotel room so do not close the windows. They are cheerful and friendly, after all they are monkeys! They've learned to live with humans without causing any problems. In fact the problem and what the people are most afraid of is, according to what I was told is, a simple scratch from one of these animals and you could potentially end up with a very serious infection. Due to the lack of hospital in the local area, it makes the locals have much more respect for the animals.
