Wallilabou

We arrived in St. Vincent on board the Ocean Dream (that we had boarded for a Caribbean cruise). That day we'd hired an organized tour because transport was necessary to see the attractions of the island. We chose a catamaran tour, the first stop being Wallilabou. The Disney movie "Pirates of the Caribbean" was filmed here in 2003, making it quite famous around the area. In addition to a hotel and a restaurant, part of the scenery have been preserved, including the pier, the tavern, and various houses in the village ... The people of the island have made this a real tourist attraction, because for them it was a revolution.
