Major North American river from the Great Lakes between Canada and the United States, Saint Laurent throws in the Atlantic Ocean north of the province of Quebec. But it is here, a few kilometers upstream of Quebec City, the last bridge crossing the St. Lawrence. Beyond that, the river widens gradually as it runs along the Gaspé Peninsula, and then there is only one solution to cross: the ferry ... or turn back!
